John Hopkins - Non-Executive Chairman
John brings more than 25 years experience as a public company Director for both Australian and Canadian public listed gold companies. He is currently the Chairman of one other ASX listed company, Wolf Minerals Limited. Prior to becoming a professional Director, John was a lawyer, specialising in the areas of corporate and natural resouces law.

Mark Bojanjac - Managing Director & CEO
A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree Mark has over 18 years experience in developing public companies specialising in the gold resource sector. He was a founding director of Gilt-Edged Mining Limited which discovered one of Australia’s highest grade gold mines and was Managing Director of a public company which successfully developed and financed a 2.4m oz gold resource in Mongolia and co-founded a 3m oz gold project in Ghana.

Mark Connelly - Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Mark joined Adamus in February 2007 as Chief Operating Officer and subsequently joined the Board in March 2007. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has held various senior positions for a number of resource companies, including 5 years with Newmont Mining Corporation (Denver, USA) and 12 years with Inmet Mining Corporation (Toronto, Canada). Mark has extensive experience with the development and operation of mining projects for a variety of commodoties, including gold, base metals and other resources in Australia, Canada, USA, Ghana and Turkey.

Peter Tredger - Non-Executive Director
Peter is a professional engineer with 38 years of mining industry experience, including executive management positions with Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. from 2006 to 2008, Blue Pearl Mining Inc. (new Thompson Creek) from 2004 to 2006, Glencairn Gold Corp. (now B2Gold Corp) from 2002 to 2004 and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (now Goldcorp Inc) from 1992 to 2001. Previously Peter was an independent mining consultant and for 11 years was employed by Amax Inc in a variety of technical and mangement positions, prior to which he was an exploration geologist. Peter has more than 20 years experience as a public company director for several Canadian listed mining companes.

Dr Antony Harwood - Non-Executive Director
Tony is currently the CEO and President of Montero Mining & Exploration Ltd, a Canadian company with assets in Canada and Tanzania. Prior to joining Montero Mining, he was the President and CEO of Africo Resources Ltd, a position he held for 3 years. Prior to joining Africo, Tony was Vice President Generative Exploration (Africa-Eurasia) for Placer Dome Inc for 8 years. He opened Placer's African office in Johannesburg in 1998 and subsequent to that the company acquired interests in two gold mines in Africa. Prior to joining Placer, Tony founded a consulting company that operated for 10 years and also lectured at universities in South Africa and the UK.

Peter Rowe - Non-Executive Director
A mining focussed engineeer with recognised international experience gained over a 35 year career, based mainly in Australia and South Africa. Peter has managed complex large scale mining and metallurgical operations and projects and has in-country experience in Ghana. Previously, Peter was the Project Director of the Fimiston Expansion (Kalgoorlie Superpit), General Manager of the Boddington Gold Mine and of the Boddington Expansion Project and CEO of Bulong Nickel. In 2004 he headed up AngloGold Ashanti Australia before moving to Johannesburg where he served as AngloGold's Executive Vice President-Business Effectiveness until his retirement in 2009.

Martin Reed - Non-Executive Director
Martin is a mining engineer with over 35 years experience in general mine management and operations, as well as development of mines in Australia and overseas. He has particular experience in managing the development of companies from exploration focus through to producer status. Martin was Chief Operating Officer for St Barbara Limited and previously Chief Operating Officer for Windimurra Vanadium Limited, General Manager Development & Operations for Paladin Energy Limited and at AngloGold Ashanti’s Sunrise Dam gold mine.

Ian Cunningham - Company Secretary
Ian is a Chartered Accountant who holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees. He has a corporate advisory background with Deloitte in Australia and the UK, during which time he provided general corporate capital raising, valuation, transaction and strategic advice to a range of listed and unlisted clients.
